Funny Thing Happened When I Put On My Socks……

PREAMBLE:  My friend Skyped me the previous evening to chat.  Let’s call her Barb.   Barb and I  talked about life, relationships, and things going on in our lives.  During this conversation, Barb talked about her recently ended relationship with, let’s call him Charlie, and the potential of moving a long-term friendship with a man, let’s call him Donald, into a more intimate relationship.  In conclusion, Barb decided that she did not want this because of Donald’s past alcoholism, and issues the he has with his ex-family.

The next morning while getting ready for work, I was focusing my spirit for the day ahead, and with one deep breath came a ‘download’ of information about her situation.  Her situation was not at all on my mind that morning, I was thinking about the day ahead of me.  But with this information pouring in, I headed downstairs to communicate this to her via computer—whether she was there to read it or not.  As synchronicity would have it, she was there!

ME:  Hi, while sitting on my bed putting my socks on !!

ME:  breathing in this new perspective I’ve been working on

(I’m typing a long thing and then my roommate interrupted me)

Barb:  where did you go?

Barb: no response, lol….saw you writing

ME: that when you speak of Donald and his AA and his problem children, you are actually creating that experience with him—although you say that is why you don’t want to get involved with him, the universe doesn’t understand negatives, it only understands what we think and project into feeling.

ME: So, the spirit can create ANY kind of experience we choose to co-create

ME: and by putting him in that “box” of those problems, you are actually helping create those problems!! lol

ME: the spirit is so much bigger and powerful than the box we put ourselves in, the box we put others in

ME: OF COURSE  there is the earth perspective that there are patterns of behaviour and coping

ME: but we all have those.  It is just how we label them and how we react to those labels

ME: ok, that is my message from spirit this morning.

ME: lol

ME: ;)

BARB: OMG

ME: and here I thought I was just doing my breathing and putting on socks

ME: then this flood of info comes pouring in

BARB: so I feel on the verge of something

BARB: do you have a moment to push this a bit further with me

ME: I can make the time

BARB: thanks :)

BARB: so if I see Donald as having his AA and kids all in line and issues dealt with

BARB: it frees up me to have a different relationship with him?

ME: if you see and FEEL Donald as having AA and kids all in the line and issues dealt with you set the standard for that energy to occur

ME: and you help him co-create it

ME: then he needs to do this part

BARB: I am feeling like I fucked this up with Charlie

ME: Don’t even go there!

BARB: did I create the ending of my relationship with Charlie?

ME: he did by moving into the basement

ME: and not dealing with stuff he should have been dealing with

BARB: or did he create that too

ME: he brought that energy into your relationship—the energy of failure

ME: and you tried to hold him to a higher standard and he couldn’t get there

BARB: ok I need to hear that

BARB: that for some reason it was not all me

ME: no it was not all you—it was mostly him

BARB: well with Donald I know he has his AA thing dealt with

BARB: and his relationships with his kids are much better

ME: :)

ME: that is because he is better

ME: remember our relationships are a reflection of our relationship with ourselves

BARB: but how can I just ignore his past coping patterns of being in a bottle for over 25 years of his life

BARB: let alone not dealing with his emotions all his life

BARB: all I feel I have done since my marriage breakdown is deal with my emotions!

BARB: how can he be a reflection of that?

ME: his relationship with his children is a reflection of his relationship with himself

ME: as for being in the bottle

ME: well, consider how he might perceive your relationships for the past 25 years of your life

ME: you put up with a lot of emotional and mental abuse

ME: that is judgement

ME: and it is the past

ME: we only have the moment

ME: everything else is illusion

ME: really it is

ME: we just put so much weight to the past and future that we don’t have the energy to truly live the moment

ME: that’s why we don’t create so well sometimes—our energy isn’t here

PAUSE

ME: I wish I was there to give you a big hug

BARB: I don’t know what to do Angela……..

ME: excellent

BARB: why

ME: don’t do

ME: just be

ME: in the moment

ME: don’t plan the future

ME: let it unfold IN THE MOMENT

ME: look after yourself

ME: be the best that you can be

ME: (Now I sound like a commercial)  lol

BARB: no not at all

ME: in each moment

ME: that’s all that you need to do

ME: moment by moment

ME:  everything else is mind crap

BARB: ok

BARB: and if Donald wants to speak of the future

BARB: how do I handle it?

ME: bring him back to the moment

ME: “I can’t think that far ahead right now….”

ME: “Let’s just enjoy the moment….”

ME: that’s all there really is

ME: everything else is mind-crap

BARB: I am truly fearful of opening up intimacy with someone again

ME: yes, so am I

ME: but when we are fearful, that is where our growth lies

BARB: it’s like a flood gate of emotions come forward

ME: you are not your emotions

ME:  you experience emotions

ME: and you can experience different emotions

ME: DEPENDS WHERE YOU PUT YOUR ATTENTION!!

ME: you are creating them

ME: by where you put your thoughts , that makes emotions/feelings

ME: so, as grand creator, if you want to experience something, you focus on it and it fills you with the feeling

ME: or emotion

BARB: so if I put my focus on experiencing love, joy and happiness, ease of living and peace of mind, that is what I will create correct?

ME: yes

ME: but the question is:  can you stop your mind from cycling back to old thinking patterns?

ME: because if you can’t, you will re-energize those other thinking patterns

ME: and therefore create that

BARB: so what is the simplest most effective way of stopping my mind from cycling back to the old thinking patterns?

ME: I used to do this exercise:  go one month without a negative thought.   When a negative comes in, restart your month.

ME: Just breathe, and refocus

ME: did this back in the 80′s when I meditated all the time

ME: meditation also quiets the mind

ME: trains it to stop going full speed

ME: after about a month of trying, you actually start to live in this positive space all the time

ME: it is LIFE CHANGING what will occur!!

ME: look for the good in every situation, and if the situation has no good?  look at it with compassion for the soul who is choosing that experience

ME: practise living in that state

ME: that is really what this spiritual journey is about

ME: if you can do this, everything in your life will shift and you will no longer even recognize it

ME: and I don’t mean physically—people, situations, etc. all just keep getting better and better

ME: jobs get better

ME: friendships get better and more plentiful

ME: there is more joy

BARB: ok wow I can feel the energy already lighten up

ME: yeah, just do it for a month and see how it is!!

ME: you will laugh a lot and be very joyful

ME: I went back to the book that taught me this when I came up north (Three Magic Words by U.S. Anderson)

ME: and I’ve been doing those meditations now and again

ME: it still works like a charm

BARB: I listen to Lee Harris clips on You Are Love and it certainly changes my energy

ME: do you know this is my first winter without Seasonal Affective Disorder??? and I’m up north!!  Can you spell depression, children??

BARB: LOL

ME: no crying at all

ME: no sadness

ME: amazing!

BARB: why do you feel that is?

ME: because I am free within myself

ME: and I am living in this positive state as much as I humanly can

ME: a number of factors really

BARB: wonderful for you!!

ME: oh, I could complain (and sometimes do) about not losing weight, and my knees, etc., but I choose not to focus on the negative and I keep creating more positive

ME: created more money in the job I’m in!!
(got a $5/hr raise the previous day)

BARB: yes indeed

BARB: we do create this way

ME: anyway I need to go

BARB: ok lol

BARB: thanks honey

ME: have a great day!!

BARB: guess you got a download of information from spirit this morning

Please Note:  that we have been friends for many years, and have been talking spirit all that time.  We have our own shorthand when explaining concepts to each other, so if something isn’t making sense it is probably because the whole concept is not explained here—we know what the other is referring to.

A Second Date With Money

Your first date with money was probably quite exhausting, and yet rather exhilarating.  You should know clearly where you are now, and have a strategy of where you are going.

Your second date with money will build on the first one.  Make your experience pleasant—nice music, a comforting beverage, an organized workspace, and peace and quiet in which to work.  Start with a meditation and some deep breathing to quiet yourself.  Focus on breathing in the flow and prosperity of money.  Pay attention to ideas for making money as you meditate, and write them down.  Listen to your inner guidance about any issues that you should deal with, and then follow that guidance.

The law of reflection is showing you how much you value yourself by the state of money in your life.  Do not ‘beat yourself up’ about it.  Most people with no money have all kinds of other wonderful things in their life that they have no problem manifesting—it is just money that is the issue.  Look at all the great things you have in your life.  A place to live, your ‘toys’—car, boat, etc.  and so much more.  You have friends, and people you can count on in your life.  You are blessed.  Focus on how blessed you feel.  Whatever you are feeling is what you will manifest.  If you are feeling prosperous, you will attract greater prosperity into your life.

The Law of Reflection

Are you one of those people who are generous to a fault?  Giving things away?  What message are you sending the universe?  That you don’t value and want things?

Do you keep giving your time away?  Do you have skills and talents, but never accept money for them?  What is that telling the universe?  That you don’t value yourself and your talents?

When you have money, do you spend it on everyone around you?  Do you shop for things you don’t need?  Is shopping your therapy?  Do you “pay yourself first” by putting 10% of your income away into savings or investments?  What message are you giving the universe by your spending habits?  Remember, the law of reflection is just reflecting your beliefs about money back at you.

Your ongoing dates with money should include keeping up with your mail and bills, and knowing where you stand each month—income and expenses.  You should know where your money goes every month.

Your ongoing dates with money should also include a meditation on prosperity.  Your meditation should focus on FEELING prosperous.  Imagine and feel what it is like to have enough money every month for the things you want.  Imagine and feel what it is like to put money aside for your future.  Imagine and feel what it is like to look at your bank account and see a healthy balance just sitting there for a rainy day.

Start learning about money.  People often tell me they want to win the lottery, or dream about having a large sum of money.  That rarely happens to people—most people build wealth slowly over time.  You need to start thinking in that direction.  How will you do it?  $50 a month into an RRSP?  $50 a month into an interest-free bank account?  If you make an extra $100 here or there, what are you going to do with it?  Spend it, or save it?  What does your response tell the universe?

I recommend putting 10% of your income into savings every month.  That is your emergency money.  You should have 3 months income in a separate bank account at all times for emergency situations.

Then you should have a regular savings account.  When it builds up to $1,000, put 1/2 of it into a bond, Guaranteed Income Certificate, RRSP or some other investment vehicle.  You need to learn about these things if you want to have money.  Pick up Money Sense magazine.  Read it and learn.  Educate yourself on money, investing, etc.  Learn how to make money work for you, instead of you working for money.

If you have your own business, you should have a separate bank account to put money into it every month to cover your taxes.  Base the monthly amount on how much taxes you paid last year, and divide it by 12.  Put that much in every month.  If  your profit has increased, put a little extra into that account.  It is nice to know you have that taken care of, and if you don’t need it at tax time, you have the money to treat yourself to a nice vacation, or some other luxury.

Like any relationship, your relationship with money will take some effort.  Only  you know how important it is to learn about money.  What will your efforts to learn about money tell the universe?  Putting your time and effort into it is how you create wealth.  You are changing how you think about money, and that will take you out of survival and into prosperity.

Enjoy the process.  You are a grand creator, but you need energy to create.  Take the time to do what is important in your life, and eliminate what is taking your energy away.

A Date With Money…

…OR HOW TO FIX YOUR MONEY PROBLEMS

As a Reverend and Spiritual Counselor, I often get people coming to me to share their problems and talk about their struggles.  One of the most common problems people have is around money.  Those who are consciously on the spiritual path are often confused because they understand the law of attraction.  They understand how universal laws work.  They just don’t know what they are doing wrong, and how to get things to flow better.

The first thing I get them to do is to deal with their mail, and any financial issues that are outstanding.  Taxes that aren’t done, unpaid debts, and unopened mail can all stop the flow of money in your life.  One person I was speaking with described the situation perfectly.  “When I think of doing my taxes, I get this knot in my stomach.  I’m not sure where all my papers are, and I don’t have the money to get the taxes done even if I got everything together. “

How can you attract money when you ignore the ways in which it works?   If you dislike dealing with the flow of money (in and out), how can you attract more money?  If your relationship with money is dysfunctional, you are not a money magnet.  You have to feel good about money to attract more of it.

A MONEY DATE

I suggest that they set a “money date”.  You want money?  Make a date with it—regularly.  Mark it on your calendar.  Make an occasion of it.  Set the mood. Play music.  Meditate first.  Set your intention for peace of mind and prosperity.  Breathe it in.

The first time you have a money date, you might want an afternoon date.  Clear your calendar.  Tell people not to bother you—you have a date that afternoon.  Don’t answer the phone.  Turn off your text messaging.  Turn on some nice music.  Make yourself a comforting mug of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate.  Clear your dining room table.  Decorate it nicely with candles or flowers.  Set all your papers and mail out in front of you.  You have a date with money!

Start going through all your mail, deal with it and file things neatly away.  List your debts on a piece of paper.  Type of debt (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), rate of interest, amount owing, minimum payment.  Gather all your tax information and sort it out by year.  Make little piles, or put them in envelopes labeled for each year.

For those who have their own business, I always recommend using one envelope for each month to put all receipts, bank statements and so forth to keep them in one place.  Keep the envelope with you (purse, truck, briefcase, etc.), or somewhere where you will use it.  Place receipts in the envelope as you get them.  Once a month, add your business bank statement and any other documents you receive to the envelope.  On the outside of the envelope, list your income, and list your expenses.  File it for income tax time.  This keeps you clear about your income and expenses, and saves you time and money later since half the work is done for your accountant!

DEBTS

List your debts on a piece of paper.  Type of debt (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), rate of interest, amount owing, minimum payment.  If you are behind, phone the people you owe.  Talk to them.  Make some payment, even if you can’t make the minimum payment.  Don’t worry.  Once you clear up the backlog, you will have cleared the energy to allow more money flow into your life.

Pay off the smallest debt first.  Once it is paid, take that payment and apply it to your debt with the largest interest.  Pay that off.  Then take those monthly payments, and apply it to your next debt.  By doing this, you will pay off your debt quickly and avoid paying high interest rates for many years.

STAY WITH YOUR MONEY DATE

At this point,  you might no longer want to deal with the rest of your pile of stuff.  Relax.  You are developing a relationship with money.  Right now, your relationship is dysfunctional, and needs some work.  :)   Make another comforting beverage, breathe deeply and meditate a bit.  Clear any anxiety you feel by breathing deeply, and focusing on the fact that you have set in motion greater prosperity.

TAXES

The dreaded taxes.  When I worked for H&R Block, there was one thing I learned that you should know.  The Canada Revenue Agency will always get their money, and messing with them can get your bank accounts frozen.  So, the secret here is that if you owe them money, make monthly payments.  Pay whatever you can every month, and keep in communication with them, and they will not pressure you.  They want to know you are dealing with what you owe them, and they will accept whatever you send them.

File your taxes every year promptly.  It is easy if you keep everything in one envelope, or if you have a business, in monthly envelopes.  It keeps the energy flowing.

REGULAR MONEY DATES

You are developing a love affair with money.  If you dislike dealing with the flow of money (in and out), how can you attract more money?  You have to feel good about money to attract more of it.  You need to spend time on your finances on a regular basis and learn to love it to attract more money into your life.  Make your biweekly or monthly ‘date with money’ an event.  Mark it on your calendar.  Set the mood—music, lighting, etc.  Meditate and breathe in prosperity.

The Abraham-Hicks material teaches how to manifest, and the core teaching is that you have to feel good to attract good into your life.  If you learn to feel good about paying your bills, keeping your affairs in order, and so forth, you will automatically start attracting more money into your life.  Watch for the opportunities—they will be coming your way within a month that you have your first money date.

Law of Attraction

There has been so much that has been written about the Law of Attraction and Spiritual Laws in general.  How does one actually go about manifesting something?  The key principles are as follows:

DESIRE. What do you want?  Be clear about it.  Understand that we want to manifest something in order to ‘feel better’.  We think our desire will make us feel better, that is why we want to create it.  What you are really asking for is wholeness, harmony, and alignment within yourself in a bid to feel better.

FOCUS. Focus on what you want, not on why you don’t have what you want.  Align your focus, your energy, your intent on what you want, NOT on reasons why you don’t have what you want, or why you can’t have what you want.  Stay in the ‘thinking’ and ‘feeling’ of having what you want.

VISUALIZE. Visualization is a technique to help you keep your focus.  The reason we ‘don’t have’ is because we have patterns of thinking and behaviour that don’t align with that which we desire.  Meditate and Visualize having your desire.  What does it feel like?  What does it taste like?  What things would you do?  How does that make you feel?  Let your body feel what it would be like to have your desire.  When you end your visualization and continue your day, stay in that feeling as long as possible.  The more you can stay in the feeling, the faster your desire will manifest.

ALLOW. Find the thought or thoughts that feel good, and practice thinking that all the time.  Learn to live in feel good thoughts, and you will align yourself to your desires, and they will manifest in your life.  It is good to feel good.

ACT. Opportunities will come.  Act on them.  Remember that you always have choice, and you can change your mind.

APPRECIATE. Love and appreciation are identical vibrations.  Think of a cuddly kitten, or the innocence of a child or any other image that creates the feeling of love and appreciation in you.  Then hold that feeling as much as you can throughout your day.  This is the vibration of feeling good.

Abraham Hicks states:  “There is nothing more important than that you feel good because when you feel good you’ve got control of  your vibration.  And when you have control of your vibration, you are the deliberate creator of your experience.”

Law of Reflection

We are spiritual beings who are temporarily inhabiting a physical body.  We have a vibration or frequency which we send out into the world around us.  This frequency is in constant change or flux and is a direct result of what we believe and think in any given moment.  Usually we ‘inhabit’ a certain frequency range which is sent out into the world and is reflected back to us by our life.  Yes, everything that is going on in your life is a reflection of you—your beliefs, your thoughts!

Although we have our own beliefs, we do share many beliefs with others which we will call mass consciousness.  Mass consciousness belief systems include things like time, history and so forth.  Things we all take to be true and fact, and our belief makes it so.  Quantum physics tells us that theoretically there is no difference between past, present and future.  Spiritual thought says that there is no difference between past, present and future.  Yet, we experience past, present and future.  This is a construct that reflects mass consciousness belief and we call it fact.  Some individuals can temporarily remove themselves from mass consciousness beliefs in time, and they have what is usually called a psychic experience (seeing into the past or future).  Really, it is nothing more than a temporary suspension of mass consciousness belief in time itself.

As we send out our frequency or vibration into the universe, the universe  reflects back to us that frequency through people, places and things that make up our life.  The universe co-creates with us that which we believe and think, and that is what our life becomes.  This is the law of attraction at work.

When other people judge us, it is a reflection of how we are judging our self.  When other people treat us with disrespect, it is a reflection of our lack of respect for our self.  When other people betray us, it is a reflection of how we are betraying our self–our inner truth, and our values.  When we feel we aren’t worthy, we experience lack.  The universe will always reflect our beliefs to us—and of course, then we believe it more, since we think it is truth.  It is a game we play when we don’t want to take responsibility for ourselves and for our life.

It is difficult to know what our subconscious mind is thinking.  It is difficult to know what we really think of ourselves deep down, but, by looking at how the universe is responding to us, we will see it quite clearly.  The Law of Reflection shows us clearly what we think of our self.

If we are less conscious, living in the past or in dreams of the future, those subconscious patterns of what we really believe about ourselves takes over in the now moment, and the universe reflects that to us.  The more present we are in our life, the more aware of self we are, the easier it is to see what we believe. We then have the opportunity to change our frequency, and what is reflected back to us.  We can stop playing the old game of “victim” and start taking control of our life.  We can explore and play with different frequencies, beliefs and ways of thinking, and then watch the universe reflect that back to us.

Really want to know what subconscious patterns you are living with?  Look at the relationships in  your life.  Your co-workers.  Your friends.  Your family.  Your spouse/partner.  Your children.  There it is laid out for you to see.

If this is a new concept for you, I ask you to suspend judgment or belief, and to do an experiment.  Experiment with your life.  I have been experimenting with my life for over 25 years, creating, re-creating, and playing with energies.  It is wonderful, fun and a joyful process all at the same time.  Don’t worry about creating something you won’t like.  It is your creation, and it will come to you in the most appropriate way.  And, if you change your mind, you can change your manifestation with a thought!  Really.  You can.  I do it all the time. “Opps!  I should have specified ….”  So I send that thought out again, and it comes back different.

You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain.  Try it.

Why Manifestations Get Stuck

You keep trying to create new things in your life, and it just isn’t working.  What is going wrong?

The first thing to be aware of is why you are here on earth.  Your spirit is seeking experiences.  Your personality is here to learn how to release judgment and how to be in unconditional love.  Abraham-Hicks states that “the basis of your life is freedom; the purpose of your life is joy.”

The Law of Reflection works to reflect your thoughts and beliefs back to you, and the Law of Attraction brings you experiences that clearly show you where you are in that process.

There are two things that stops or delays a manifestation:  1) lowering your frequency from where it was when you started the manifestation process, and 2) choosing something that was a big energetic stretch from your normal frequency.

LOWERING YOUR FREQUENCY
When you first decide on something you want to create—say a new car—you get excited and are full of thoughts and ideas about it.  You feel it, think about it, and the energy is flowing.  You research it.  You shop around.  Your thoughts are focused. True creatorship in action! Let’s say your energy, your frequency is on the top floor of a 20 storey building.  Your excitement and energy about the car flings your new car creation out to the universe.  The universe starts to respond.

Then, a week goes by.  You had to work overtime, and the kids had a problem at school.  You deal with things, and your energy level and excitement about your car has dropped.  “I can’t think about that now.  I got bigger problems.”  Your energy, your frequency is lowered to about the 15th floor of your creation building. The universe shifts to respond to this new frequency.

Then, the next day, your present car starts making loud noises, and you take it in to the garage—again.  You are thinking, “OK, so where is this car I’m manifesting?  I knew this creation stuff doesn’t work.  I can’t believe I even thought it might work.”  Now, your doubt has lowered your vibration to the 10th floor.  Again, the universe shifts to respond to your frequency.  The universe still is bringing you that new car, except now the timeline has increased.  The universe is getting more of the lower frequency, so brings  you a creation at that level so you can see where you are at.

Instead of getting a new car, you get a co-worker who lives nearby who is willing to give you a ride to work everyday.  The Law of Reflection is showing you that you have a lower belief running.  You recognize that, look within yourself, and come to the realization that you have never owned a new car, and that deep, down, you don’t think you really deserve a new car.

How do you release a lower belief that is running? You look at WHY you created that belief, and how it has served your life so far.  “AH,” you think, “I always looked up to my dad, and he never had a new car, so how can I get a new car?  It would be like I am better than him.  But, he grew up in the depression days, never finished school, had a low paying job, and raised a family of eight kids.  Mom never worked outside the home because there was so much to do at home with so many kids.  I graduated high school, have a good job, a wife who works part time and only two children.  I’m in a much better position than he ever was.”

With this new perspective, how you are thinking changes, and that changes your frequency.  That lower belief system is released.  You notice over the next few days that your energy, your frequency bounces back to the “18th floor”.  You stay there in that frequency, and a week later, you get an amazing opportunity to get a new car for a price that fits easily into your budget.

You might be sarcastically thinking, “yeah, right, great story”.  Well, when I did my very first manifestation for a new car back in 1987, I was GIVEN a brand new car—right down to the racing stripe I wanted.  It happened within one month.  Yes, this stuff works!  My circumstances were such that I could not afford anything for a new or used car in those days—so the universe conspired to give me one!!

What is important here to remember is that the more conscious you are every day of what you are creating, and where your energy is, the faster your manifestation will appear.  I once was able to manifest a 4-digit sum of money in 24 hrs for an emergency situation that came up.  I was focused, really clear, and kept my energy level as conscious as I could throughout those 24 hrs.  I did things in the physical world by putting something up for sale, and following through with every lead that came my way.  I did things on an energetic or spiritual level by being really clear and focused with my energy—and it worked.

ENERGETIC STRETCH
Sometimes when we get inspired to create something, the energy is nice and high, and we ride that wave—and stay there.  We are in the flow, things are synchronistically happening, and life is good. We have made a conscious effort to raise our vibration, and have succeeded at doing so.

Then suddenly, something happens like an illness, or an accident, or a problem comes up in one of your relationships that has you worried.  Why would you attract/create that?  What happens is when you are vibrating at a higher frequency, everything that is of a lower frequency (fear, stress, worries, etc.) comes to the surface so it can be released.  Then we tend to berate ourselves for falling out of that frequency.  Then we tend to doubt ourselves and think we have failed, which of course creates a yet lower frequency.

CAUTION:  If you think higher is better, and lower is worse, you are putting an unnecessary judgment on the frequencies.  Your frequencies will always be moving up and down–throughout each day and day-by-day.  In fact, someone living in the synchronistic flow of a lower frequency might have a much more pleasant life than someone fighting the flow in a higher frequency life.  They key for creating is to set the frequency for your creation and keep as close to that as possible.  If it fluctuates–no problem.  Deal with what comes up and keep going.  Then step it up a bit for the next creation.  Over time, you will reach a much higher vibration —which will just bring larger creations into your life–which you may or may not want!

So what’s a person to do when their frequency falls?  Focus on your successes.  Smile, laugh and get back to joy.  The more you are in the moment, the clearer you will be about where you are energetically.  In any moment you can always choose a different vibration.

Every time you choose the things that give you joy and happiness in your life, you are choosing a frequency or vibration that is more in alignment with who you are.  Learn to know what gives you true joy and happiness.  Live that experience more and more.  Choose the things that bring you in alignment with joy and happiness.  The universe will respond with bringing you more and more joy and happiness.

The goal is not to get to a higher vibration and stay there.  The goal is to move through the various frequencies and clear out whatever you are holding in your energy field.  The goal is to be as light or clear as possible.
